London Underground
The closest underground station to the apartment is KENSINGTON OLYMPIA on the district line. From here the apartment is
about 3 minutes walk away. Trains only come to this station every 15 minutes. This station is useful if you are carrying heavy
items like luggage.
The other nearby station is SHEPHERD'S BUSH on the central line. This station is about 10 minutes walk away. Trains arrive
at this station every 2-3 minutes and this is a faster route if you are wanting to go the the touristic sites.
Both stations are in ZONE 2.

Food Shopping
There is a small food shop 2 minutes away that sells basic food supplies. It is on MASBRO ROAD.
For all your food needs there is a large and cheape food stores called MORRISONS. This is in the WEST 12 SHOPPING CENTRE
which is opposite Shepherd's Bush station. The shopping centre also has a cinema, McDonald's and other shops.
Holland Park
Holland Park is the most romantic of London's parks. The park opened in 1952, on what remained of the grounds of Holland
House. Features include the Kyoto Japanese Garden, laid out for the 1991 London Festival of Japan, rose gardens, woodland,
wildlife pond and ecology centre. The park's abundant wildlife includes tame rabbits, squirrels and peacocks. Entrance is
free of charge.
