Bookings
To confirm your booking, a 25% non refundable booking deposit is required. This can be paid by credit or debit card. The
value of the booking deposit will be deducted from the price of the rental. To make a booking, please use the availability
calendar.
Once availabilty has been confirmed you can pay the booking deposit and your booking is made.
Payment of the remaining balance is required 28 days prior to arrival. A £200 refundable security depsoit will also be
charged but will be returned to you when you check-out of the apartment having left it in its original condition.

Cleaning
A £50 cleaning charge will be made for each booking. This payment is made at the time of booking.
Checking in and out
The standard check in time is 3pm but this can be made earlier if required
if the apartment is ready before then.
The standard check out time is 10am but this can be made later if there
is no one checking in at 3pm later that day.
